Mil Shilkar is the rental agent of our house, we are happy with Mil organising quick rental with good price. we know it is the result of Mil’s effort. He is conscientious and hardworking. We engaged Mil to manage our investment property in Bull Creek last year, prior to this, we had numerous maintenance issues with this property which were never addressed and at one point we thought of selling it. With Mil being the property manager we were not only able to resolve all the long term maintenance issues but also found a very good tenants who really take good care of the property.
